Are you Part P registered?
Yes. All notifiable work is registered with Building Control, and you get the certificate by email within five working days.
How quickly can you come out?
Faults are usually seen the same or next working day. Planned work like fuse boards and EV chargers is normally booked within two weeks.
How do you price?
Planned jobs get a fixed written quote before we start, and that's the price you pay. Fault finding is £75 for the first hour, because nobody can price a fault they haven't found.
Do I need to be home?
For the first visit, ideally yes. For landlord EICRs we can collect keys from you or your agent.
Will there be mess?
Some dust with chasing and rewires. We put down dust sheets, clean up every day and take the waste away.
