Can you take over from my current accountant?

Yes. We send the handover letter and collect your records, so you don't have to have an awkward conversation.

What's Making Tax Digital for income tax?

From 6 April 2026, sole traders and landlords with qualifying income over £50,000 send HMRC quarterly updates through software. It drops to £30,000 from April 2027. We set it up and file the updates for you.

How do your fees work?

One fixed monthly fee agreed before we start, held for 12 months. No hourly billing, no charge for phone calls or emails.

Which software do you use?

Xero, QuickBooks and FreeAgent. If you're on spreadsheets, we'll move you over as part of the first month.

Can we meet in person?

Yes, at our Banbury office, or on a video call if that's easier.
